**Waiver of liability** I, (the client), agree to release Man Redux.com, Manasvriksha Pvt Ltd and any of their coaches or hypnotherapists (hereafter called Manasvriskha) of any responsibility or injury occurring from my coaching/hypnotherapy/ NLP sessions, (hereafter called the services). Disclaimer The client acknowledges that the services provided by Manasvriksha are not medical or psychotherapeutic in nature. The therapists and practitioners at Manasvriksha are not conventionally licensed medical or mental health professionals, although they may hold necessary licenses to practice alternative healing therapies from relevant entities. The services by Manasvriksha are not intended to replace the psychotherapy or any other mental health counseling in whatsoever manner. The client also affirms that it is appropriate to receive services from Manasvriksha and does not interfere with any existing medications or treatment he or she may be going through. The client also affirms to take due guidance from their licensed medical professionals to receive services from Manasvriksha. The client absolves Manasvriksha and its coaches and therapists of all damages or legal proceedings related to any emotional or physical damages resulting from the services received. Warranty Manasvriksha does not warranty any outcome, expressed or implied. Session recording I agree that portions of the hypnotherapy sessions may be recorded for training purposes. I know that I may request a copy of these recordings, in the case that they exist. Methods used The hypnosis practitioner employs hypnosis techniques which are designed to facilitate the client’s quest for self- improvement and relaxation. Specific additional techniques may include: body relaxation, directed meditation, age regression, and guided imagery. Confidentially Clients sometimes reveal confidential and personal information to the hypnotherapist. Manasvriksha warrants to take reasonably prudent precautions to safeguard such conversations and information. No personally identifiable information is shared with a third party except under the orders of a court of law. Manasvriksha may discuss cases with other professionals for the benefit of client, as case studies, promotion materials etc, without any personally identifiable information of the client, unless agreed by the client.
